Contact Information:
I believe that communication between school and home is an integral part of successful collaboration between students, parents and teachers. In order to keep lines of communication open between school and home, please feel free to contact me by phone or email with any questions or concerns that you might have. I check my email often throughout the day and this is usually the quickest way to reach me. If you would prefer to speak with me over the phone, the best time to reach me is before the school day starts (8:00-8:45 am) or after our day has ended (after 3:30 pm).
My phone number is: (253)-298-4263
My email is: [email protected]
I will be sending home a weekly newsletter where you will find announcements for upcoming events and deadlines for homework and projects. Each day, students will take home a folder with their name on the outside. Please make sure your child brings their folder to school every day! This is just one of the many small steps in developing academic responsibility and preparedness. Check their folder daily for important school information, newsletters, and notes from me.
Student led conferences are scheduled in October and May, but I am available to meet with you concerning your child’s academic or behavioral progress at any point in the year at your request. Report cards are issued at the end of each trimester, but please do not wait until that point to contact me with questions or concerns.
For other information related to weather-related school closures or district-wide events and happenings, please visit the Franklin Pierce School District website at www.fpschools.org.
